Now that you know how we can assist you, let's get started.  Using our ISO quality procedures we have come up with a simple process for you... 

Send, fax or email to us the following details:

a) BillofMaterials; with Approved Vendor List.

b) Component Layout Drawings

c) Mechanical Drawings

d) Volume and Delivery Schedules

e) Special Quality or Workmanship requirements

f) Test requirements

g) A sample loaded board and a bare board.

 

If you are supplying all materials for the assembly, we will be able to provide you accurate quotes within 2 working days.

If we source and procure all materials for the assembly, we require the above details and take 2 working weeks for an accurate quote submission.

 

Once all terms of sales have been agreed and quotes acceptable, you will have to confirm with a Purchase Order and giving us both confirm and forecasted delivery schedules for our production capacity planning.

LC Engineers will manufacture and deliver your products according to our committed delivery schedules, keeping track of the shipments until it reaches you.
